The Best Christmas Ever
Today I took a day off so I could stew in holiday cheer. What movie really makes that happen for me? A movie that really gets me in the Christmas spirit! That’s right, Die Hard.
It’s great to have a hot chocolate with the little marshmallows, wrap myself in a thermal blanket next to the fireplace, and watch a bunch of guys get totally killed by a New York City cop with no shoes. Ho ho ho!
What other movie has such loveable Christmas characters? What character is better than John McClane, Hans Gruber, that crazy blonde guy who just won’t die, Sgt. Al Powell, Argyle the limo driver, Special Agent Johnson, or Special Agent Johnson? Don’t answer, because the correct answer is nobody.
I think that this year, you should spread some good cheer, and arrange a viewing in your home of this Christmas classic for your loved ones. There’s still time.
